Never Fail Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 egg
3 Tbsp. shortening
5 Tbsp. water
Preparation
-
Divide in 3 parts.
Roll very thin.
Let stand 20 minutes. Drop in boiling stock.
Turn heat low.
Cover and cook until tender.
