Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini, sliced (do not peel)
    1 c. grated carrot
    1/4 c. onion, cut fine
    2 c. croutons
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Toss 1 cup croutons with the melted oleo and place in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix the sour cream and soup.
    Mix with vegetables.
    Pour over croutons.
    Crush 1 cup croutons and sprinkle on top.
    Dot with oleo.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until tender-crisp.
