Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
nuts or fruit (optional)
ice
salt
Preparation

Place ingredients (except ice and salt) into a 1-pound coffee can, taping the lid.
Then put that can into a 3-pound coffee can around the little can.
Place a layer of ice and a layer of salt until can is full.
Put on lid and roll for about 15 minutes.
