Maurice Salad(Makes 6 Servings.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 hard-cooked eggs, minced
    1/4 c. sweet pickle, minced (do not use relish!)
    1 large head lettuce
    1 c. cooked chicken, cut in thin strips
    1 c. ham, cut in thin strips
    1 c. Swiss cheese, cut in thin strips
    1 tomato, cut in thin wedges
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, pickle juice, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; stir in eggs, onion and pickle.
    Allow to refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Wash and break lettuce into bite-size pieces; chill thoroughly.
    At serving time, toss dressing with lettuce and place in salad bowl.
    Top with chicken, ham, cheese and tomato wedges and a few slices of hard-cooked eggs.
