Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken (3 to 3 1/2 lb.)
    2 c. rice
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans water
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Pour rice (uncooked) into greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Mix cream of mushroom soup and water in a bowl.
    Place chicken on top of rice.
    Pour mushroom soup mixture over chicken.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
