Sour Cream Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in frypan and brown ground chuck.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Cook egg noodles to package directions.
    Drain and mix with sour cream and cottage cheese.
    Put half of noodle mixture in a 2 1/2 quart dish.
    Cover with half of meat mixture, remaining noodle mixture, then meat mixture.
    If desired, cover with Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese, grated.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly.
