Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices crustless bread
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. sausage
    4 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Butter pan or casserole dish; crumble bread in bottom of dish. Brown, drain and crumble sausage over bread.
    Mix soup and milk and pour over sausage.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Delicious for breakfast or any time of the day treat!
