Ingredients

1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 tsp. water
1 (8 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts
1/2 c. unblanched whole almonds
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

In a large bowl combine egg white and water.
Add nuts; toss and coat.
Combine sugar and spice; sprinkle over nuts and toss until well coated.
Place nuts in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Immediately transfer nuts to wax paper.
Cool.
Break up large clusters.
Store in covered container.
Yields 6 cups.
