Chocolate Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. cake flour
    1/2 c. cocoa powder
    12 egg whites
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
Preparation
    Combine flour and cocoa powder; set aside.
    Beat egg whites with mixer; gradually add sugar and cream of tartar.
    Beat until medium peaks form.
    Fold in dry ingredients until evenly blended. Fold in butter and vanilla.
    Pour in ungreased angel food pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
