Canned Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 qt. peeled and sliced apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine sugar, water and cornstarch in a saucepan.
    Cook and stir until smooth.
    Add apples and cinnamon and cook until tender. Pack in sterilized jars and process at 5 pounds pressure in pressure cooker for 10 minutes or in a water bath for 20 minutes.
