Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. seasoned crushed bread crumbs
2 pkg. stuffing mushrooms
1 can minced clams
butter or margarine
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
seasoning if desired
Preparation

Clean mushrooms, removing stems.
Prepare bread crumbs according to instructions on package (use 1/2 package to every 1 package mushrooms).
Drain water from clams and mix with bread crumbs.
When bread crumbs are cool add cheese (1/2 cup to every package bread crumbs).
Stuff mushrooms according to size of mushroom.
Put small amount butter or margarine on top of each mushroom.
Bake until golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes.
