Chocolate Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (8 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    milk (as needed)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter. Stir in sugar, then slowly add evaporated milk, stirring as it is added.
    Blend well and add vanilla. Cook until thick and creamy. As sauce thickens, add a little milk and stir to blend.
    Makes 6 to 8 quarts.
