24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweet young green peas
1 medium onion, chopped
6 slices crumbled bacon
1/4 c. minced celery
1 small head lettuce, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
hard-boiled eggs
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Layer the following in a glass Pyrex dish:
green peas, onion, crumbled bacon, minced celery, lettuce and mayonnaise.
Top with sliced eggs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate overnight.
