Quick And Easy Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large, skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
    1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/4 c. juice from chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts; save juice from boiling to cook egg noodles and mushrooms (if desired).
    In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients along with diced chicken and egg noodles; stir well.
