Grilled Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

orange roughy, ocean perch or any fillet
3 to 5 Tbsp. olive oil
Grey Poupon mustard
Preparation

Using charcoal grill, have a hot fire; using gas grill, grill on high.
On top of grill place aluminum foil.
Spread olive oil on foil; place fish on grill.
Baste top side of fish with mustard.
Cook 5 minutes and turn.
Baste top and cook until fish is opaque and flaky.
Rule of thumb:
For every 1-inch of thickness of chosen fish, cook 10 minutes.
