Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or 6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    3/4 c. white sugar
    few grains salt
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks slightly.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar, salt, water and juice.
    Cook over hot water until thick and smooth.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add 1/4 cup sugar.
    Fold into hot mixture. Pour into baked pastry shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
