Sirloin Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cut into bite size
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    3/4 c. sherry
    1 medium clove garlic, minced
    2 cans golden mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours or until tender.
    Stir occasionally and add water, if needed.
