Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen cauliflower
    4 c. chicken broth
    4 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved
    2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. shredded cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place cauliflower, chicken broth and bouillon in large pan. Bring to boil and cook until cauliflower is tender.
    Strain and save broth.
    Melt butter in pan.
    Add flour; mix well.
    Add to cauliflower.
    Stir, then add broth, half and half and cheese. Stir until melted.
    It sticks easily, so stir.
