Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    3 c. sugar
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add vanilla and cornmeal.
    Pour 1/2 into each unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
