Mexican Wedding Bells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    confectioners sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Stir in flour until well blended.
    Add nuts.
    Chill 30 minutes or until firm enough to handle.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 until light golden, 12 to 15 minutes.
    Remove to rack (close to each other).
    While still warm, sift heavily with confectioners sugar.
