Turkey Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. rotelle, spiral or twist macaroni
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. cubed cooked turkey
    1 1/2 c. halved seedless green grapes
    1 c. sliced celery
    salad greens
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in a large pan of boiling water as label directs or until tender.
    Drain.
    Rinse with cold water.
    Drain well.
    In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, onions, salt and pepper. Gently stir in macaroni, turkey, grapes and celery.
    Cover and chill until serving time.
    To serve, spoon salad onto dish lined with salad greens.
    Makes 8 servings.
