Red Beet Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. beet juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
6 c. sugar
2 boxes fruit pectin
1 (6 oz.) box jello (raspberry, cherry or strawberry)
Preparation

In deep pan, put lemon juice, beet juice, pectin and jello. Bring to a boil.
Add sugar and boil 2 minutes.
Put in jelly glasses.
