Frozen Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut (at room temperature)
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar, Crisco and margarine.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add the salt to the flour.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons flour to mix with the coconut.
    Add flour and milk alternately, ending with flour.
    Add flavorings and beat.
    Mix the reserved flour with the coconut; stir into the batter.
    Pour into a tube pan.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Start cake in cold oven.
