Grandma Shock'S Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    2 large or 3 small egg yolks
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    pinch of salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix slightly beaten egg yolks, milk, sugar and salt in a bowl and set aside. Melt butter in a large skillet. Stir in flour. Do not brown but cook. Add milk/egg mixture and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Custard is done when a knife cuts through and leave a trough.
