Mandarin Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. seedless green grapes
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds, toasted
    leaf lettuce
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; stir well.
    Cover and chill.
    Add mayonnaise, grapes, oranges and almonds to chicken mixture; toss well.
    Serve on lettuce-lined plates.
    Garnish with additional orange slices and grapes.
    Makes 6 servings.
