Chocolate-Swirl Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/3 c. semi-chocolate pieces, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan.
    Stir coconut, nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon melted butter together; set aside.
    Mix baking mix, remaining sugar and butter, egg and milk together.
    Beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
    Pour into pan.
    Spoon chocolate over batter with knife.
    Cut through batter for marbled effect.
    Sprinkle coconut mixture evenly on top.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
