Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork sausage
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Mix all ingredients in order given in a large mixing bowl. Form into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet (ungreased). Bake for 15 minutes. May be frozen, uncooked.
