Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box apricot jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. flour
3 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. Dream Whip
Preparation

Mix and let stand until firm. For a topping beat 1 egg, mix 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. pineapple juice and 2 Tbls. flour. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and add 3 ounces cream cheese, cream well. Fold in 1 package of dream whip.
