Vegetarian Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lasagna noodles
14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped sweet green or red pepper
2 bay leaves
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed*
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. low-fat Ricotta or cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

*Or substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano for 1/2 teaspoon of the dried basil.
