Manicotti Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can Ricotta
3 eggs
1 small Mozzarella, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
dash of salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
tomato sauce
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients well. Take 1 shell.
Spoon a tablespoon of cheese mixture into middle of shell.
Fold both sides over to the middle.
Do the same with rest of shells.
