Kielbasa Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 kielbasa
2 large potatoes
1 large onion
Preparation

Cut kielbasa into coins; dice potatoes and onions.
Place coins in frying pan on low heat until fat runs from meat.
Add potatoes and onions into pan.
When potatoes are cooked, serve. Must be stirred frequently or it will stick.
Very tasty.
