Baked Brie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round of Brie
    1/2 to 1 c. almond slices
    crackers or toasted bread
Preparation
    Scrape rind from top of cheese.
    Arrange almond slices over top, pressing firmly into cheese.
    (Can be prepared 1 day in advance up to this point.)
    Bring to room temperature.
