Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans French onion soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 to 2 lb. steak
dash of cooking wine
flour
garlic salt/powder
pepper
Preparation

Cut up meat, bite size pieces.
Put in flour, garlic salt or powder and pepper.
Take meat out of flour and fry until brown. Put in covered glass casserole dish with 2 cans of French onion and cooking wine.
Cook 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Take out; add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 pint of sour cream mix.
Put back in oven for 10 minutes.
Take out.
Serve hot over noodles, rice or mashed potato.
