Grilled Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vegetable oil
juice of 2 lemons
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mix marinade ingredients well (shake in jar and blend with whisk).
Pour over chicken breasts and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Grill breasts over hot coals for approximately 20 minutes or until done. Turn once or twice during grilling time and baste with remaining marinade. Serve with brown rice and fresh green salad.
