Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. combined hot or mild sausage (take out of casing)
    1 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
Preparation
    Combine sausage, cheese and biscuit mix.
    Press together with fingertips until dough forms a ball.
    Pinch off pieces and roll into marble size balls.
    Arrange 1-inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown. Makes about 3 dozen appetizers.
