German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 medium onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets.
    Cool, peel and then dice potatoes. Chop onion and garlic.
    Add oil and vinegar to potatoes along with onion and garlic.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix all well. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
