Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 sweet pepper, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Place sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed and mustard seed in saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage, pepper and carrot. Let stand 2 hours.
    Pour in containers and freeze.
