Sweet Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 lb. carrots
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped green peppers
Preparation

Peel, slice, cook and drain carrots; set aside.
Mix in saucepan the sugar, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
Add vinegar, oil, tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 5 minutes; pour over carrots.
Add chopped onion and pepper.
