Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chuck roast
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 lb. ground beef
    12 oz. can tomato paste
    1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
    10 to 12 oz. beer
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce plus extra dashes
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard (yellow or spicy brown)
    2 medium onions
    1 large green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt or salt substitute
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 pinch celery seed
    pinch or two red pepper flakes (if desired)
Preparation
    You will need a large skillet, large crock-pot and microwave oven.
