Fresh Peach Pie(This Pie Is A Peach.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. (about 2 lb.) peaches
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
    In a saucepan, boil sugar, cornstarch, salt and water for 1 minute, stirring gently.
    Let cool.
    Place in a bowl and mix in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
