Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dried vegetable soup mix
    1 small onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thaw and press or squeeze spinach until all water is removed. Mix all ingredients and chill.
    This can be served with vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, celery, carrots); crackers or brown bread, sliced; or round brown bread that has been hollowed out and used as a container with remaining bread sliced and alternated with vegetables.
