Steamed Cabbage Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage head, chopped
    salt, pepper and sugar to taste
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    milk
    Ritz crackers, crushed and buttered
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in a small amount of water and salt, pepper and sugar to taste; better a little sweet.
    Cook until crisp-tender. Melt margarine.
    Stir in flour to make a smooth paste.
    Stir this into the cabbage.
    Add enough milk to make it creamy.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Cover with Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
