Easy Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

8 to 10 eggs
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. mild sausage
Preparation

Scramble eggs.
Don't overcook. Fry sausage (scrambled) and drain.
Mix eggs and sausage in a 7 x 11-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts.
