Summer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
1 large tomato
1 large carrot
8 large radishes
6 medium scallions or 1 medium onion
1/2 stalk celery or 1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 medium bell pepper
3 large kosher dill pickles
3 Tbsp. pickle juice
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise to mix
dab of cream
Preparation

Grate cabbage, carrots, radishes and pickles.
Chop tomato, scallions (plus tops), celery and bell pepper.
Mix all ingredients.
Let set 1 hour before serving.
Cover.
