Ingredients

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped green onions (use green tops also)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika

Preparation

Mix well and pour over hot baked potatoes.
