Rita'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 pieces boneless chicken breasts
    2 (8 oz.) bottles Russian dressing
    2 (12 oz.) jars apricot preserves
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Batter the chicken in a mixture of Bisquick mix and yellow corn meal and brown quickly in some vegetable oil.
    Remove chicken and place in a Pyrex baking dish.
    Mix in a mixing bowl the Russian dressing, apricot preserves and dry onion soup mix.
    Pour over the chicken and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve over rice.
