Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. bell pepper (red and green), ground
    1/4 c. hot pepper, ground
    1 bottle fruit pectin (Certo)
Preparation
    In saucepan, blend sugar, vinegar and peppers.
    Bring to a hard boil; boil 3 minutes.
    Add liquid pectin; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.
    Cool 6 minutes.
    Pour into jars and seal.
