Pumpkin Nut Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
    Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Combine all dry ingredients (except powdered sugar) and fold into pumpkin mixture.
    Pour onto a greased, floured cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cake is springy.
