Golden Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled (6 medium potatoes)
    1 (16 oz.) can diced carrots, cooked and drained
    hot reconstituted nonfat dry milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until tender; drain.
    Add carrots.
    Mash on low speed with electric mixer; slowly beat in enough milk to make light.
    Stir in margarine and a little salt and pepper.
    Turn into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Dot with additional margarine, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
