Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. carrots
1/2 c. oil
1 can tomato soup
1 diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 diced green pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Peel and slice carrots.
Boil carrots until tender.
Drain and cool.
Mix and bring to a boil the sugar, oil, vinegar, dry mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire.
Add soup and blend until smooth.
Add green
pepper and onion to carrots.
Pour sauce over and marinate 24 hours.
